Login Problems
User name is not case sensitive however your password IS.
Your login will fail if cap Lock is on.
It will also fail if you use an "Auto-Complete" feature
(found in many browser tool bar add-ons.
After 5 incorrect logins you will be locked out for 5 minutes.
This is to prevent automated attacks.

Lost / Forgotten Passwords
Can be recovered using the SEND PASSWORD link above.
You will need to know your login.
The system will email you your password and a verification code to be used on first login.
This should be done within 4 hours of the email being sent to you.
